Jeppe.

Make sure the PAS magnet disk is contacting the pickup on the right crank spindle behind the chain ring. That’s the most common fault that it has moved too far from the pickup and usually caused by the chain coming off the chainring.

Your PAS Disc & Pickup look perfect in the picture you sent me.
Make sure that neither brake lever is causing the power cut off switch that’s in the brake lever by disconnecting the Higo connector between the lever and controller to each brake, one by one and check if power is restored. Make sure you don’t rotate the connectors while unplugging or replugging them and assure correct pin alignment inside the connector.  This in another common problem with the power interruption on the fold because of the folding handle bar.

I did that, if I understand it well..... but that didn’t solve it :( .... still no response when I use the throtle or padles....

The thing is, I used this bike no more than 2 miles.... fresh out off the box, verry carefull, nothing crazy.... It just stopt when I turned it off while riding and switched it back on again while riding and than it stopt giving power...

how do I proceed?

Hi @Jeppe van der Schalk

as per request we moved it to the "public". It's an quite interesting issue you have there.

As LCD is working, showing no error, and everything else looks fine too. Do you remember anything weird when riding those two miles? Any weird noises...?

With the initial release of the Fold model we did experience quite a few incidence of bad controllers. Sondors has no control of how the factory selects vendors or individual parts and quality control of the parts used in manufacturing. Sometimes a bad batch of either slips thru their factory ( thank goodness our bikes don't have problematic air bags installed).  But your Fold is now the rare anomaly. I know it’s a "BUMMER" to wait for your new bike, only to have a problem, but that’s when problems arise.  I’m currently returning my second 12.9, IPad Pro because of two different hardware failures, Mother Board and the other Screen Digitizer, so I share your pain. But Sondors will correct this problem and get you back on the Road. ..... I also own the infamous VW Jetta TDI but that's another story.

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same issue with my Fold XS. Rode 10km yesterday with no problems. Tried to ride it today but no power to the motor. Throttle doesn't work, nor does power assist. LCD and lights turn on just fine. Here is my sensor, does it look ok?
