  1. Thanks Reddy, I'm finding that if I unplug the charger, wait for a few minutes, then reconnect the charger to the battery and plug the charger in, the light turns red and it continues charging. I had to do this procedure about four times today before I got a full charge indication on the display. I will try your recommendation about checking battery voltage at the 4 pin connecter. Which pins do I use to check voltage?
  2. I seem to be having a similar problem. After charging for a few hours the charger displays a green light, but when I disconnect it and turn the battery switch on and power up the bike, the display only shows 3 or 4 bars. Dennis, please let me know what the Sondors support people say. Thanks

  4. Thanks Andi, I tried another browser (Chrome) as you suggested, and it worked. Thanks to all who replied. Dennis
  5. I've tried several times over a period of several days and it's always the same. When the page goes gray, a white X appears in a box in the middle of the page. Clicking on it does nothing. I'm wondering if my old Windows 7 OS might have something to do with it.
  6. Since receiving my Sondors-X, I have visited the Sondors websites in an attempt to educate myself. Every time I log on to a Sondors site, it appears normal then after a couple seconds, the screen goes grey and I am unable to access any of the links or features. Has anyone else experienced this?
  7. I just bought a lightly used Sondors Fat Tire Bike. I believe it is an X7, It is silver, has the black and white LCD display, 7 speeds, and telescopic front fork suspension. I have ridden bicycles and motorcycles all my life, starting with a WWII vintage balloon tire bike my dad refurbished for me when I was about 8 years old. When I was about 12 years old, I purchased a Schwinn Paperboy Special with the proceeds from my morning paper route. When I was 16, I bought my first motorcycle, a Honda S-90. Since then, I have owned about 30 motorcycles and many bicycles. Since I am new to ebikes, I am eager to learn as much as I can about them. I was very impressed by how effortless a 65 pound bike can be to ride. Here in Payson we are in the mountains at about 5000 feet and there is almost no level ground., and I had pretty much given up riding bicycles because of my bad knees. However, the first day I had the ebike, I rode it about 6 miles, including 1/2 mile up a 6+% grade by my house, and I never broke a sweat. I did not receive a manual with the bike. so any tips on maintenance and service are appreciated.
