  1. So I popped open the motor to look for anomaly’s and I quickly spotted a magnet loose, stuck to the bearing, see pic, I fished it out, reglued it back in place, put everything back together and headed for a test ride. If this had not solved things the controller was next to troubleshoot. To my delight everything is back to normal. I am so pleased. Again I would like to thank you for your very useful help. Cheers, happy peddling
  2. Thanks for the quick reply, I have read a lot about the magnets inside the hub motor detach, I will pop the motor tomorrow and look. I also noted that my daily commute is about 10 miles and today my miles done regestered as 7. I do have the guard fitted protecting the motor cable. Makes me think possibly controller. Lots for me to get on with. Thanks for advise, I will report back my findings. Cheers.
  3. Hi folks, Looking for a bit of help, I have a sondors x shipped to uk Dec 2018, it has been running great, I have 4100 miles clocked but in the last few days the speedometer is reading lower mph than I am going and fluctuates, jumping form 15mph to 12mph without me slowing or speeding up. I have done all the usual checks unplugged and replugged all the conectors, factory reset, but problem continues.Anyone have any Ideas. Thanks.

  5. Hi folks, I have recently become a proud owner of a Sondors x and I am loving it. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and find the bike perfect for our unpredictable weather and torrane, I am a below knee amputee and have cycled for most of my days, now at the age of 54 electric bike makes sense and the Sondors is perfect. Pic below heading of for my first snow ride. Thank you Sondors.
