  1. Hi Joseph, I still haven't got any information from you. Please provide them within 24h Thanks Andi
  2. Hi Jospeh, this e-Mail is hosted in the Google Infrastructure and should work 100%. We do blacklist e-Mail providers from China like ...@163.com which could lead to a bounce. Please make sure you don't have a typo in it. Alternatively you could send me an e-Mail to andi@sondorsforum.com If it still doesn't work post the bounce message here so I can troubleshoot the issue.
  3. Hi Joseph, please send over a detailed description of your issue including pictures to user-support@sondorsforum.com Please make sure you don't leave a detail out. Also include order number(s) and a e-Mail address you check regularly. When you registered you acknowledged that this isn't a offical SONDORS forum. I will get you in touch with a SONDORS rep. after you've send over all the relevant informations.
  4. Hi Martin, nice to have you on the forum! If you encounter problems feel free to reach ask. Great looking bike, don't forget to secure it properly! Andi
  5. Hi Henrik, Andi here. Please write me a PM with all details. What exactly is not working? Any error codes or anything similar? Where did you bought it? SONDORS does not have a store in holland. Your Order Number if you have any e-Mail address anything else you might think is useful I'm sure we can fastly get you back on track.
  6. Please access the personalized parameter settings. To access Personalized Parameter Settings items option page, hold both the “+” and the “-” button for 2 s, then hold both the “+” and the “-” button for 2 s again. To access the corresponding settings page we need, press the “+” or the “-” button to increase or decrease until the desired item (Battery Power Bar Settings Interface - see image) is displayed, and then press the “i” button to confirm. To set battery power bar, press the “+” or the “-” button to increase or decrease the number. To store a changed setting and access the second bar, press the “i” button. By analogy, after 5 bars voltage values is entered, the values are for 48V batteries: VOL1: 41.2 VOL2: 43.7 VOL3: 46.8 VOL4: 49.9 VOL5: 53 hold the “i” button to confirm and then return to the previous menu.
  7. SONDORS informiert über Auslieferungen eigentlich nur per UPS - wenn wirklich alles zusammenspielt, kriegst du auch eine von SONDORS oft aber deutlich verzögerter als die von UPS.
  8. Hi @Sune, looks like the only way to get the magnets is to source them from an old motor
  9. For 2018’s midyear thank you and message to our amazing community, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and how fast we’re moving. Storm is excited, and he's feeling the sting... Save the Bees, Ride a SONDORS. Get your SONDORS —> sondors.com
  10. @Lee Love - here would be an instruction on how to get into it: admin note: restored from June 10
  11. What was wrong - long story short: LCD was configured for 48V eBike, but got delivered with an 36V eBike. Voltage settings needed to be adjusted to restore functionality. Solution: Please access the personalized parameter settings. Please verify that the display shows you "VOL 1" with 31.5 like in the image below. If this is not the case please adjust it to 31.5. To set battery power bar, press the “+” or the “-” button to increase or decrease the number. To store a changed setting and access the second bar, press the “i” button. By analogy, after 5 bars voltage values is entered, the other values are: VOL2: 33.6 (=30% Charge leftover) VOL3: 36.0 (=55%) VOL4: 38.4 (=70%) VOL5: 40.8 (=100%) hold the “i” button to confirm and then return to the previous menu. This will resolve the issue, if it does not for you - feel free to create a new topic describing your exact issue.
  14. If you have a LCD Cap, disconnect the LCD and connect the LCD Cap. Power up the bike if possible and see if it works. Andi
  15. Hi @Marco Lam I've split your and Reddys post into a new topic as it had nothing to do with the old one(+it was from 2016...). Please contact SONDORS as Reddy said via chat or support@sondors.com. They surely will help you to resolve the issue quickly as the bike is pretty new and has a 30-day-warranty. If you've done nothing wrong and it's just a bad battery you should get a free replacement in a short period of time (4-12 Weeks) As this forum isn't official, we have no access to customer data or are able to do stuff in the name of SONDORS. This is also stated in the registration terms which you have accepted: If you have more questions, or problems getting in touch with SONDORS feel free to write here. 16. Great to hear @Senegal!
  17. Hi @Ralf Honsberg it is sometimes hidden, I don't know the reason why but sometimes it does that and reappears within couple of days. Currently it looks like it's back: Andi
  18. Servus Ralf, Andi hier. Grüße / All the best Andi Community Manager Administration Sondors Owner Forum
  19. Hi @p0tty welcome to the Forum - upgrade to an 25A controller means more torque not more speed. Why did you specify a 20in tire and not 23in? If I remember correctly 23in are the correct settings. If you're unsure about speed, take your smartphone and do a "speed test" with GPS and the right app to cross check it. Search for GPS speedometer or something like that in your app store.
  20. Hippie Sondors ???

  21. Many users regardless what is stated in the terms see this forum as a official forum - which isn't the case - but because of this some of the users may trust information directly without doing a own research if this could be plausible. The video is a demonstration what could happen when you hook different cells / cell packs together. The reason why I posted this warning is because the way their product was advertised here on the forum is "to be safe", which cannot be the case due to the nature of lithium batteries - and as not everyone may be an expert in this topic - information is needed.
  22. You may have seen some ads here for the product "Booster Battery" for the SONDORS eBikes. We highly warn against these batteries they are really dangerous. Connecting two different batteries together may/will cause the weaker battery to drain first to the point where voltage becomes zero, at this point the battery will be damaged forever with no way to repair it. That may be fine for some of you but, here comes the dangerous part. The larger battery will continue to draw from the weaker battery which have already been exhausted and it will get extremly hot - a extremly hot and exhausted battery will explode and burst into flames. You are getting yourself and other lives in danger when you're connecting two batteries that are not the same voltage and amp hour. You might have been doing this with no negative effect yet but obviously you have not done long term testing. If it was this simple, someone would have done this along time ago. Lithium batteries in general are extremly explosive and highly flammable especially when you are not utilizing it properly. Here's a video of what happens when lithium batteries get hot:
